The Solution
ProcessMaker Platform streamlined and automates Moni Pulo’s manual, paper-intensive workflows and paper-based documentation. The teams utilized ProcessMaker’s Designer tools to create and edit process diagrams with the drag-and-drop process modeling tool, assigned tasks to users to automate and coordinate activities across an organization, and leveraged the Analytics module to measure and metric the results.
Given documents were sourced from a range of vendors, customers, providers and business entities, Moni Pulo needed methods of ingesting both manual and digital documents into ProcessMaker, which has key custom and pre-built connectors as well as fluid integration capabilities to manage various types of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

Prior to ProcessMaker, disparate teams would submit ad hoc requests to access, research, locate, or update documents - all extremely labor intensive, manual and time consuming. Creating accurate, real-time analysis for compliance reporting took many people and long hours. Now, the team of 50 users has instant access to records, and can now go beyond a few requests per day to an estimated volume of 50 to 100 requests per week, or approximately 700 or more requests per month - a massive gain in efficiency, productivity, and responsiveness - as well as greater reporting accuracy leading to compliance assurance.
